To support project planning and scheduling activities by preparing and updating project schedules, tracking progress, and assisting in ensuring timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in preparing project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Break down project scope into activities with logical sequencing and durations.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
- Compare planned vs. actual progress and highlight deviations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Support in identifying delays and proposing corrective actions.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for data collection.
- Maintain proper documentation of schedules and reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project planning or scheduling.
- Basic knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Good understanding of project management principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.
