Perform "what-if" analysis to evaluate the impact of potential changes or delays on project timelines.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure that project milestones meet quality standards.
Participate in client meetings and provide planning insights and updates as needed.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
Support change management processes by assessing the impact of scope changes on project schedules and budgets.
Analyze historical project data to inform future planning and decision-making processes.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
Proficiency in planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
Experience working in an international or multicultural environment is a plus.
