Sahara Maintenance Services Company is hiring a Production Lines Manager (Chemical Industries) to work at a private national factory specializing in porcelain manufacturing, chemical coatings, and industrial paints in Riyadh.
This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing daily production operations, managing and optimizing production lines, ensuring processes run efficiently and safely. Responsibilities include planning and supervising production activities, improving operational performance, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, coordinating with technical and administrative teams, solving production-related issues, preparing production reports, and contributing to strategies for productivity and growth.
Qualifications- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving, data analysis, and process optimization.
- Proficiency in laboratory skills, including chemical testing and experimental techniques.
- Experience in the chemical industry and knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Process engineering expertise, including process simulation, design, and scale-up.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and present findings effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a chemical engineering or process engineering role.
- Familiarity with environmental health and safety regulations is desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in the same field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the field.
- Ability to develop plans and strategies for improvement.
