Senior Interface Engineer Engineering Tabouk

Parsons is seeking a Senior Interface Engineer to join our core team delivering our prestigious project in Tabuk, KSA. This is a high-impact role focused on managing the complex technical intersections between massive infrastructure packages, high-speed transit systems, and cutting‑edge urban utilities within a singular, 170 km long continuous structure.

You will be the "technical glue" that ensures seamless integration between multi-disciplinary design teams, international contractors, and stakeholders to prevent physical or functional conflicts before they reach the construction phase.

• Conflict Resolution:
  Identify, manage, and resolve technical interfaces between structural, MEP, rail, and digital systems across various delivery lots.
• Interface Management System (IMS):
  Maintain and oversee the project’s Interface Register, ensuring all Interface Revision Notes (IRNs) and Agreements (ICDs) are closed on schedule.
• Stakeholder Liaison:
  Act as the primary technical point of contact between Parsons, the NEOM Proponent teams, and third‑party contractors.
• Design Oversight:
  Review complex shop drawings and BIM models to ensure spatial coordination and adherence to THE LINE’s rigorous design codes.
• Risk Mitigation:
  Anticipate downstream integration issues and provide engineering solutions to maintain the project’s aggressive delivery timeline.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 10 years in large-scale infrastructure, mega‑projects, or complex urban transit systems.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering.

• Technical Expertise:
  Proven track record in Interface Management on $1B+ projects. Proficiency in BIM (Revit/Navisworks) and Interface Management software is essential.
• Communication:
  Exceptional negotiation and diplomatic skills; ability to command technical respect in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
