Position: Instant Service Agent (Saudi- National)

Hotel: The Red Sea Resort (RUHSI), Shura Island, The Red Sea, 48511

We're looking for an

Instant Service Agent who knows how to keep things smooth, fast, and personal. Someone who makes every interaction feel effortless, delivers accurate service, and helps guests feel genuinely at home from the very first call. A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner, with follow-up to ensure satisfaction
  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls accurately and efficiently
  • Recording and controlling wake up calls with full accuracy
  • Paging guests and coordinating with relevant departments when needed
  • Maintaining accurate records on traffic sheets and call logs
  • Assisting guests with international calls and directory inquiries
  • Addressing guests by name whenever possible to enhance personalization
  • Paging staff members upon request
  • Respecting guest privacy at all times, including not disclosing room numbers
  • Handling guest requests or concerns and escalating complaints to the Telephone Supervisor when required
What we need from you
  • Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Ability to analyze situations and resolve issues effectively
  • High attention to detail and strong listening skills
  • Confidence communicating with different types of guests
  • Basic knowledge of telephone systems and computer applications
