We are seeking a qualified and experienced Construction Manager to oversee construction projects from planning through execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Experience
Required:
Minimum 8 years
- Plan and schedule project timelines and allocate resources accordingly
- Supervise on-site construction activities and manage workforce
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and technical specifications
- Administer and negotiate contracts with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Address project delays, emergencies, and on-site challenges promptly and effectively
- Coordinate with stakeholders including clients, engineers, and regulatory bodies
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management
- Solid understanding of construction methods, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
