Manage and administer contracts and subcontracts throughout the entire project lifecycle, from procurement and award to closeout.

Coordinate contract review, administration, and compliance activities for industrial, commercial, and government contracts of limited to moderate complexity.

Review proposed terms and conditions during the solicitation and award stages; identify non-standard clauses and recommend appropriate amendments.

Ensure full contractual, legal, and regulatory compliance, including conducting compliance reviews and monitoring corrective actions.

Administer contract changes, including variations, claims, and extensions of time, in coordination with project teams.

Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance and compliance with contractual obligations.

Coordinate with project managers, clients, consultants, and government representatives to resolve contractual issues and disputes.

Prepare and maintain accurate contract records, correspondence, and documentation.

Prepare contract-related reports, including contract spend, status, and progress reports.

Support contract closeout activities, including final reviews and required documentation.

Provide guidance and support to junior contract administrators and assist higher-level contract management as required.

Perform duties in accordance with standardized procedures, under appropriate supervision, ensuring accuracy and adherence to instructions.

Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in contract administration, preferably within a consultancy or construction environment.
  • Proven experience administering construction contracts, including FIDIC and other standard forms.
  • Strong understanding of contract management principles, contract law, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and handling complex contractual matters.
  • Familiarity with international business practices and procurement processes.
  • Proficient in contract management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-developed organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
