The project:This is an opportunity to work on a large luxury-use development in Umluj, KSA. Mace are providing project management consultancy services.
You'll be responsible for:- Oversee and drive the design Management process, adhering to tight deadlines and coordinating with numerous consultants.
- Lead and manage design resources and daily operations for assigned projects; act as focal point for all design-related matters.
- Present KPIs to leadership; ensure adherence to management systems, roles, and responsibilities.
- Develop and implement new design management tools and operating processes.
- Support and influence procurement routes, contractual, and legal aspects of projects.
- Lead training initiatives; utilize company knowledge base and CoE; collaborate with PMO teams to ensure coordinated deliverables and promote technical excellence.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
- Extensive years of experience in similar roles, with a strong background in luxury hospitality or residential projects, including FFE and brand standards.
- Skilled in interior design documentation, design reviews, construction submittals, and site/factory inspections with a focus on quality and compliance.
- Knowledge of FFE processes, procurement, bespoke production, and oversight of procurement agents.
- Strong reporting, negotiation, BIM/CDE proficiency, and collaboration across disciplines with attention to safety and documentation accuracy.
