Industrial Piping & Welding LLC (IPW) is actively hiring a skilled and safety-driven Welder with industrial pipe welding experience. In this role, you’ll perform precision welding for carbon steel, stainless steel, and copper piping systems in high-pressure environments such as mechanical rooms, boiler systems, and industrial facilities. • Perform high-quality pipe welding using GTAW (TIG) processes
• Weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and copper piping systems
• Ensure welds meet B31.3 code standards and pass X-ray inspection
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols accurately
• Prep materials and joints for welds; perform tack welding and fit-up
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely
• Work collaboratively with pipe fitters, boilermakers, and field crews
• Maintain job site cleanliness and uphold company safety protocols

• Required:
  • 4–5 years of industrial pipe welding experience
  • Proficiency in GTAW (TIG) welding
  • Ability to pass pre-employment weld test to B31.3 X-ray standards
  • Strong blueprint and welding symbol reading skills
  • Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and craftsmanship
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift and maneuver materials
• Preferred:
  • Prior experience welding in boiler or mechanical room environments
  • Familiarity with fabrication and fitting
