Maintenance Coordinator

We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This person will be the central point of contact for all maintenance needs across our properties—coordinating vendors, supporting residents, and ensuring timely and high-quality repairs. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while providing excellent customer service.

• Manage and dispatch all incoming maintenance requests from residents.
• Communicate with residents and vendors to troubleshoot issues and schedule repairs.
• Track work orders through completion, ensuring timely resolution and quality service.
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and cost effectiveness.
• Review and follow up on property inspections, addressing items that require resident or vendor attention.
• Coordinate seasonal services (sprinkler systems, swamp coolers, etc.).
• Maintain and grow our vendor network, sourcing reliable contractors as needed.
• Assist with answering incoming calls on the company main line.
• Support enforcement of lease requirements and manage conflict situations with professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned by company leadership.

• Previous experience in property maintenance coordination, dispatch, or related role.
• Strong knowledge of home systems: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, landscaping, appliances, etc.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using property management software, email, and phone systems.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Conflict resolution skills and ability to enforce lease requirements respectfully.

• $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience.
