Shift: Monday - Friday;
Full-Time, Part-Time and On-Call Hours Available

Typical shifts/statuses available:

• Full-Time - Monday - Friday; morning, afternoon, night and overnight schedules; 40 hours per week
• Part-Time - Monday - Friday 20-35 hours per week depending on schedules
• On-Call - Monday - Friday; 0-20 hours per week on average

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour. Range is dependent on schedules and locations.

What does a Pace® Courier do?

• Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
• Deliver packages and documents while providing exceptional customer service at every stop.
• Load, unload, and handle packages weighing up to 70 lbs. with care and attention to safety protocols.
• Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, contributing to group and individual success.
• Manage and maintain important databases, forms, and documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Apply and communicate Pace® organizational policies and procedures with professionalism and clarity.
• Exercise initiative, judgment, and discretion within established guidelines, always demonstrating tact and prudence.
• Deliver effective oral presentations to groups, peers, and internal departments as needed.
• Foster and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, and all individuals you encounter on the job.

Physical/Mental requirements: mobility to work in various settings, use of standard office equipment, stamina to sit/stand for extended periods, exert up to 20 lbs occasionally and 70 lbs frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects; vision to read printed materials and computer screens; hearing and speech to communicate in person or over the telephone.
