What You'll be Doing

As a Frontend Engineer, you will be working on different types of products from websites to enterprise platforms. As part of a cross-functional team focused on delivery, you will be responsible for carving the visuals of the entire product. Here are some examples of how your day will go:

Building the next-generation web applications with a focus on the client's vision

Mentoring team members and involved in the hiring process

Participating actively in the design process along with code review.

Working closely with the concerned stakeholders on the feasibility of upcoming changes & providing accurate timelines of work.

Exploring, communicating, and implementing Frontend best practices within the organization

Staying ahead of the game and up to date with the latest the field has to offer

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design concepts into responsive and interactive user interfaces.

Implement pixel-perfect designs with a focus on user experience and usability.

Develop and maintain robust and scalable web applications using React.js.

Implement state management using tools like Redux or Context API.

Integrate with backend services and APIs to ensure seamless data flow.

Build reusable and efficient React components and libraries.

Optimize components for maximum performance across various devices and browsers.

Write clean, well-documented, and modular code.

Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality standards.

Ensure the responsiveness of applications for a variety of devices and screen sizes.

Implement responsive design principles and techniques.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, designers, and product managers.

Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.

Identify and address performance bottlenecks.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in frontend development.

Continuously enhance your skills and share knowledge within the team.
