The mission of Speechify is to make reading never a barrier to learning. Today, nearly 200 people around the world work for Speechify in a 100% distributed environment. Our team includes front‑end and back‑end engineers, AI research scientists, and talent from Amazon, Microsoft, Google, and startups such as Stripe, Vercel, and Bolt.

With the growth of our iOS app—the #18 productivity app in the App Store and Apple’s 2025 Design Award for Inclusivity—we need a Senior iOS Engineer to support our expanding user base and drive exciting new projects. The role is ideal for someone who thinks strategically, thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys product decisions, and builds delightful user experiences.

• Lead key engineering and product decisions
• Actively ship production code for the Speechify iOS app
• Work within a dedicated product team
• Participate in product discussions to shape the roadmap
• Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture

• Experience scaling products for large user bases
• Track record from product inception to traction, owning engineering throughout

Salary range: 140,000‑200,000 USD/Year + Bonus + Stock, depending on experience.
