Hospitality Center Program Associate (Part-time, $18/hour)

Part-time position. Pay rate is $18.00 per hour. Hours are Saturday and Sunday, 12am-8am.

• Ensure a safe, secure, comfortable, and supportive environment consistent with a low‑barrier approach to care for homeless individuals.
• Complete client assessments and advocate for clients by recommending appropriate programs and services.
• Explain and maintain Warming Center policies and procedures.
• Respond to client emergencies and notify appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Provide ongoing support to the Warming Center in coordination with CCIC/CCMS.
• Perform light cleaning after each shift to ready the space for future use.

• High school diploma or GED with up to three (3) years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred experience working with the homeless population.

• Mobility sufficient to drive to and attend meetings at client homes and community facilities that may not meet federal accessibility standards.
• Mobility sufficient to work in an office environment.
• Manual dexterity sufficient to operate office equipment, including machines.
