Overview
Housing Advocate role at ARISE - Exceptional Family Resources. Full Time position in Syracuse, NY.
ARISE seeks a self-directed, motivated person to join the housing services team to help individuals with disabilities find affordable and, if needed, accessible housing options in Onondaga County. The majority of time will be spent finding apartment leads and assisting consumers to secure appropriate housing. This position is also responsible for making monthly check-in calls to a limited number of individuals who receive rental assistance from one of our agency s housing assistance programs.
As an Independent Living Center (ILC), ARISE promotes the full inclusion of people with disabilities in the community.
