About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Diesel Truck Technician to join our growing team! If you have a passion for diesel engines, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth operation of heavy-duty trucks, we want you on our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on our fleet of diesel trucks. A strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and trucks to keep them in peak working condition.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of mechanical, engine, transmission, brake, and electrical issues.
  • Conduct detailed inspections to ensure that vehicles comply with DOT and safety regulations.
  • Accurately document services, repairs, and parts used to maintain service records.
  • Collaborate with fellow technicians and supervisors to ensure repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED (technical training preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience as a Diesel Truck Technician (CDL a plus).
  • In‑depth knowledge of diesel engine systems, diagnostic tools, and repair techniques.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to lift heavy parts and work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
