Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management and maintenance sector, is seeking a Mobile HVAC/Maintenance Tech to join their dedicated team. As a Mobile HVAC/Maintenance Tech, you will be an essential part of the operations supporting multiple sites across the Syracuse area. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, proactive problem‑solving, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Mobile HVAC/Maintenance Tech

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems.
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems and related equipment, electrical distribution, plumbing, and building interior/exterior components.
• Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions affecting client occupancy and operational efficiency.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations to ensure safety and operational continuity.
• Prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities, conditions found, and recommended actions for management review.

• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Universal EPA 608 Certification is required.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
• Willingness to support after‑hours activities and overtime as needed.
• Strong understanding of building automation systems, fire/life safety systems, and related equipment.
