Controls Technician Overview

The role of the Controls Technician is a maintenance-level position focused on commissioning and troubleshooting control systems for industrial automation.

• Commission control systems for industrial automation.
• Troubleshoot control systems to ensure efficient operation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure systems are functioning correctly.

• Expertise in troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Familiarity with various PLC platforms.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Understanding of electric motors and drives.
• Comfort with working on high voltage 3-phase power systems.

• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Syracuse, NY.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Syracuse, NY.
