Job Description
We are looking for motivated, hardworking, and reliable individuals to join our team as HVAC helpers. The responsibilities of an HVAC helper include assisting HVAC technicians with routine preventative maintenance, completing repairs on HVAC systems, and installing various types of new HVAC systems. All applicants should be good with their hands, familiar with using tools, and able to effectively follow instructions and work well with others.
HVACHELPER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist technicians in performing routine preventative maintenance on HVAC systems in commercial and residential properties throughout New York State.
- Assist technicians in performing repairs on HVAC systems commercial and residential properties throughout New York State.
- Assist technicians in installing various types of HVAC systems in commercial and residential properties throughout New York State.
- Operate hand tools and power tools.
- Follow instructions for picking up and delivering parts, tools, materials, and supplies to and from the job site.
- Ensure all tools, materials, and equipment are tracked and kept in good working order.
- Work well with others.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
