• Bed Warranty Repairs – troubleshoot and fix mechanical or structural issues.
• Furniture Assembly – assemble bed frames, desks, chairs, shelving units, and more.
• Fixture Mounting & Installation – install wall fixtures such as paintings, mirrors, and other home fixtures securely.
• TV Mounting & Installation – mount, install, and set up TVs for optimal placement.
• Entertainment System Installation & Setup – install and configure home theater systems, soundbars, and streaming devices.
• Provide top‑tier customer service and educate customers on product use and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and repairs using company software.
• Follow all safety and quality control procedures to ensure professional results.

• Experience in installation, assembly, or repair work (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with entertainment and security system setup is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand/power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (50+ lbs).
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record.

NAI pays in‑home technicians an earnings per project fee, with pay determined by efficiency, quality, and safety. Full and part‑time work is available; schedules vary by location. As a W‑2 employee, you receive training, insurance, overtime pay, and the full suite of benefits.
