We are seeking a skilled and dependable Part-Time Electrician to join our team in Syracuse, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial electrical work, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform diagnostic testing.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Ensure work complies with local and national electrical codes.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment.
- Valid NYS Electrical License or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of electrical experience (commercial).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Part-time position (flexible hours; approximately 15-25 hours per week).
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
