Position: Roofer / Crew Lead

As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a skilled Residential Roofer who can take on the role of Crew Lead and help us deliver top-notch results on every home we touch.

Position Summary:

We're seeking a dependable and experienced Roofer / Crew Lead to oversee residential roofing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with various residential roofing systems and a strong ability to lead a small team on-site while upholding safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and replace residential roofing systems
• Supervise and direct a crew of roofers on job sites
• Coordinate daily work tasks and job flow to stay on schedule
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and company management
• Ensure all work meets or exceeds company standards and manufacturer specs
• Uphold all safety procedures and ensure crew members follow them
• Train new or less experienced roofers on best practices
• Maintain a clean and organized job site

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of residential roofing experience
• Experience leading or managing a roofing crew
• Strong knowledge of residential roofing tools, materials, and techniques
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and handle physical demands of roofing
