HVAC Technician

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Part-Time HVAC Technician to join our team in Syracuse, NY. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair for commercial systems. You will work independently or alongside our team to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service.

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues and recommend solutions.

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.

• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal codes.

• Maintain accurate service records and reports.

• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

• Adhere to company safety procedures and standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC service or installation.

• EPA certification (required).

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
