We are looking for skilled Fence Installers to join our team as Journeyman Installers. As a Fence Installer, you will be responsible for chain‑link fence installation, post setting, and maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

• Install chain‑link fence fabric, set posts in concrete, and install top rails and hardware.
• Assist in the layout and stringing of the fence line.
• Operate power tools, hand tools, and small machinery safely and effectively.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• 2+ years of experience in commercial or industrial fence installation.
• Knowledge of proper techniques for setting posts, stretching fabric, and installing gates.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to project sites in the Syracuse area.
• Previous OSHA training is a plus.
