Crestline Hotels and Resorts - - Responsibilities:
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to provide a safe environment and minimize opportunities for loss.;
Review department log records and follow up with the previous shift officer.;
Issue radios, beepers, and keys to designated hotel personnel; manage access control and escort non-hotel personnel.;
Monitor surveillance cameras and coordinate with outside agencies; respond to emergencies as needed.;
Conduct investigations into theft, disturbances, and guest complaints; document reports.
