OverviewSalary Range: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 Salary/year
Do you have Account Management experience, and are you seeking a new job in Syracuse, New York? HVAC Distributors, Inc. is looking for a full-time Account Manager to join their team. The role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package, including a company car with a gas card.
Responsibilities- Develop an annual Territory Plan in conjunction with the Regional Manager.
- Define sales strategies and action plans for identified target accounts and prospects within the territory.
- Establish new residential dealers and light commercial contractor accounts.
- Grow sales volume with current accounts.
- Maximize share of customers’ equipment spend.
- Ensure personal face-to-face contact and continuous improvement of rapport and productive relationships with decision-makers in all classes of customers and prospects in the assigned territory.
- Manage the process to convert dealers to company equipment brands and ensure achievement of all related internal and external deliverables, including assignment of pricing, dealer levels, services, and training.

Qualifications- 5 years of Account Management experience.
- 3 years of sales experience selling to contractors would also be beneficial.
