In this role, you will learn ADP’s market‑leading suite of HCM technology and services while working alongside tenured associates. This role is designed to shorten your learning curve and ramp up time to success by putting you in a position to work independently and collaboratively across all facets of our mid‑market business and across functional area experts. You will sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies with 150 – 999 employees.
You will co‑manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP’s suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and accurately forecast your sales pipeline. You will spend most of your time selling in the field and documenting multiple sales cycles, managing the process through implementation until new business is up and running.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate daily—serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
- Proven winner—impressive track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.

- No college degree required. Preferred experience includes: two or more years of quota‑carrying, outside B2B sales experience; three or more years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales; or prior military experience that focused on teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust‑building, and a “never‑lose” mentality.
- Ability to successfully build a network and effectively use social media for sales.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.
