- Develop and execute strategies within key accounts in the Dermatology therapeutic area
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and patient advocacy groups
- Collaborate with colleagues to proactively address customer needs and concerns
- Analyze market trends to formulate strategies aligned with brand objectives
- Participate in initiatives to promote sales success at industry-related events and conferences
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; advanced education or certifications are a plus
- At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the Immunology market or a similar specialty market
- Proven track record of successful sales performance in complex markets
- Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories
- Strong ethical values and compliance orientation
- Experience in the Dermatology field
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners
- Passion for science with a proactive approach to learning about disease states and treatment options
