Medical Device Sales Representative / Associate Representative

Territory: East-Central Upstate NY (Syracuse)

Must reside within a couple hours of the Albany/Syracuse area.

We are a well-established distributor of capital and consumable medical equipment, representing both leading manufacturers and innovative start-ups. We’re seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial Sales Representative/Associate to grow our presence across the Syracuse territory.

• Drive new business through cold calling, opportunity identification, and lead development.
• Manage a defined territory with a strategic business plan.
• Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and quote generation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ongoing account support.
• Learn and communicate technical product information to surgeons and medical staff.
• Collaborate closely with the sales management team.
• Travel throughout the territory as needed.

• 1+ year of sales experience (medical sales preferred).
• Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply clinical/technical product details.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must live within the designated territory and near key hospital accounts.
• Base salary + uncapped commission.
• Monthly expense stipend.
• 401(k) with profit‑sharing eligibility.
