We are seeking a seasoned Automotive Salesperson to become part of our new vehicle sales team. This role is best suited for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, understands the sales process, and takes pride in delivering a positive customer experience from start to finish.
As a member of our sales team, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs, guide them through vehicle options, and help them make confident purchasing decisions. Success in this role comes from strong communication, consistency, and a genuine interest in helping people find the right vehicle.

- Engage with customers as they arrive at the dealership and provide a welcoming, professional experience
- Ask thoughtful questions and listen carefully to identify each customer’s vehicle preferences and needs
- Present vehicle features, performance, and available options in a clear and informative way
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals established by sales leadership
- Offer and coordinate test drives while following all dealership and identification procedures
- Review personal performance regularly to improve time management, follow-up, and overall effectiveness
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Previous automotive sales experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and close deals
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers and priorities
- Self-driven, goal-focused mindset with a positive attitude toward teamwork
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
