• Assist Sales Representatives in the marketing, promotion and sales of Stryker products.
• Educate and inform doctors, nurses, and staff on the proper use and maintenance of Stryker products, product functionality and updates, changes to the product portfolio, and educational programs.
• After extensive product training, tailor Stryker’s promotional message based on customer knowledge, advise on appropriate product selection, answer customer questions and distinguish Stryker products from competitors.
• Direct product evaluations in operating rooms and office settings.
• Assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings.
• Keep the regional manager informed of territory progress regularly.
• Resolve product problems for customers promptly.
• Manage and maintain a sample inventory of products.
• Understand and comply with all operating room and OSHA guidelines when conducting evaluations.

• 0-2 years in an outside sales position; medical related experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) required.

Salary: $65,000 per year plus bonus eligible and benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
