Salary: INR 20,000 – 35,000 monthly

• Prepare and issue quotations within defined turnaround time (TAT).
• Ensure 100% accuracy in pricing, specifications, taxes, and commercial terms.
• Minimize revisions and errors in issued quotations.

• Adhere strictly to approved price lists, discount structures, and margin guidelines.
• Coordinate with sales, product, and finance teams for special pricing approvals.
• Ensure profitability targets are maintained in all quotations.

• Correct interpretation of customer requirements, specifications, and BOQs.
• Maintain updated knowledge of products, variants, and substitutes.

• Maintain proper records of all quotations issued (ERP/CRM/manual logs).
• Ensure version control and traceability of revised quotations.
• Follow internal SOPs and approval workflows without deviation.

• Coordinate effectively with sales, supply chain, finance, and principals/OEMs.
• Respond promptly to internal and external queries related to quotations.
• Support sales teams during negotiations with timely clarifications.

• Assist sales teams in follow-ups for quotation‑to‑order conversion.
• Highlight risks, deviations, or special conditions before order acceptance.
• Support order validation post‑PO to ensure alignment with quotation.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory taxes, and contractual terms.
• Avoid unauthorized commitments on price, delivery, or technical scope.
• Maintain confidentiality of pricing and commercial data.

• Suggest improvements in quotation formats, tools, and workflows.
• Reduce quotation cycle time through process optimization.
• Participate in training to improve product and system knowledge.
