** Outside Sales Development Representatives
** to join our canvassing team.
This role focuses on
** speaking with homeowners and setting free in-home consultations
** for our design team. There is
** no selling, no closing, and no pressure**.
** Paid training begins Monday, January 12.
**** Responsibilities
* ** Canvas assigned residential neighborhoods (territories provided)
* Speak with homeowners about home improvement needs
* Introduce our window, siding, and bath services
* Schedule free in-home consultations
* Log activity using our mobile app
* Represent the company professionally and consistently
** Qualifications
* ** Comfortable speaking with homeowners
* Reliable transportation
* Able to work outdoors
* Coachable, dependable, and professional
* Must be 18+
** Benefits*** $21.00/hour guaranteed
