• 1‑3 years of retail management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, overnight, and weekend shifts

• Experience utilizing retail technology
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire team members through coaching and mentoring
• Passion for retail and proven track record of driving results through metrics
