• Menu planning and development
• Ensuring food quality and presentation standards
• Managing kitchen operations
• Overseeing back of house staff
• Implementing food cost and labor cost management strategies

• Experience in culinary arts and food preparation
• Experience with Rational Combi ovens
• Knowledge of food service management and sanitation practices
• Strong background in catering and menu development
• Ability to manage food and beverage operations
• Serv Safe Certified with a focus on food safety and nutrition

• Experience in Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP)
• Knowledge of cost management in a culinary setting

The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
