Nottingham Pet Clinic is a well‑established small animal clinic located in Syracuse, NY. Our practice is loved by the community for the kindness and compassion we provide. We offer wellness care and sick exams, as well as routine soft tissue surgeries and basic dental surgeries.

We are looking for a Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our amazing team! Current hours of operation are 8 am – 6 pm Monday through Thursday, 8 am – 5 pm Friday. Applicants must have weekend availability.

• Takes medical histories and vital signs of patients.
• Intake/discharge of hospitalized & surgical patients.
• Proficient in venipuncture, radiology, anesthesia monitoring.
• Maintains client educational material in an efficient manner.
• Communicate doctor orders clearly to clients.
• Performs housekeeping duties.
• Takes, processes prescription refills in-house, calls out pharmacy and online pharmacy.
• Restraining and assisting the doctor during exams, treatments, and anesthesia procedures.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, stoop, bend, and stand on feet for long periods.
• Other duties as assigned.

Current New York State Veterinary Technician License.
