We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Surgical Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical proficiency, strong assessment skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients in accordance with established standards and protocols.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Medication administration and IV therapy proficiency
• Patient care planning and coordination
• Effective communication and teamwork
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety protocols

• Experience in walk-in clinic settings

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems

• Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting with demonstrated proficiency in areas emphasized in the Registered Nurse curriculum
• Current NY State RN license
• Documentation of current CPR certification required within one week of start of employment
