Location: City of Syracuse
24hr Shift CRNA - Crouse Health Hospital - Full Time
Position at Crouse Health Hospital in Syracuse, NY. 24‑hour shift, approximately six 24‑hour shifts per month. Ideal for professionals experienced in OB anesthesia.
Responsibilities- Pre‑anesthesia assessment.
- Obtain and verify patient consent.
- Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient.
- Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
- Monitor the patient’s physiological condition.
- Perform clinical interventions as needed.
- Work in a care‑team model with surgeons and OR staff.
- Perform full scope anesthesia including regional techniques.
- Current license as a registered professional nurse.
- Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
- Certified or recertified by the AANA.
- Experience preferred in OB/GYN anesthesia.
- Total compensation: $325,000 per year.
- Sign‑on package up to $100,000.
