What You Will DoAs a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to surgical patients. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes and a seamless patient experience.
- Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate patient care from admission through discharge.
- Utilize clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and case management principles to support practice.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with NYS regulations and national standards of practice.
- Recognize and respond to situations requiring immediate intervention.
- Serve as a mentor, clinician, educator and collaborator within the care team.
- Core EKG and Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) classes
- Additional specialty education based on unit needs
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current NYS RN license
- GNs or RNs with less than one year of experience should apply to our Graduate Nurse Residency Program
- Commitment to continuing education and maintaining licensure

Pay Range: $37.60- $58.35
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
