Outpatient Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner (NP) –

A top 10 provider in Central New York is seeking a Neurosurgery Advanced Practice Provider to support a collaborative neurosurgical service with strong clinical infrastructure. You will enjoy a predictable Monday–Friday, 8am – 4pm schedule with no night or weekend call. The role includes meaningful first assist experience across spine and general neurosurgical cases in a hybrid OR environment.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday, 8am – 4pm; no evening or weekend call
• Balanced workflow: 3–4 clinic days and 1–2 OR days weekly
• Team-based practice:
  Work within a neurosurgery service known for collaborative physician–APP engagement
• First-assist exposure:
  Participate in surgical cases, including spine-focused and general neurosurgery procedures

• Current NY State certification/registration as a Nurse Practitioner (with first assist) or Physician Assistant.
• Experienced candidates – preference for a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
• Experience does not necessarily have to be in Neurosurgery (ICU, Emergency Department, or other areas of surgery).
