Location: City of Syracuse
Provides general nursing care to patients in a medical office or clinic.
Responsibilities- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, prepare examination rooms and equipment, aid physician or other health professionals during treatments and examinations, alert supervisor or physicians to unusual patient conditions or reactions, and take and record vital signs.
- May act as team leader for subordinate nursing staff.
- Bachelors degree in nursing or a diploma from an accredited school of nursing
- Licensed as a registered nurse in New York State
- Current CPR/BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
