• Greet patients, direct to exam rooms, prepare for exam.
• Provide routine assistance during exams: set up trays for injections, measure and record progress of patients, take and record vital signs.
• Assist with general office duties: reception, appointment scheduling, filing and chart preparation.
• Contact insurance companies to obtain authorizations for physical therapy, MR's, CT's, surgery, etc.
• Contact primary care physicians to obtain referrals for new patients or extensions of referrals on current patients.

• Minimum: NYS licensed/registered LPN. Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross is required.
• Preferred:
  Prior orthopedic or urgent care experience preferred.

• Work Days:
  Mon-Fri 8 am - 5 pm (may change based on Provider assignment)

• Salary: G5: $20.48 - $34.22
• Benefits: health, dental and vision insurance; eligibility for employer 401k funding after 1 year (3% quarterly/5% annual on vesting schedule), tuition reimbursement, generous paid time off, including vacation and personal time, paid sick leave, holidays and floating holidays.
