This part-time Nurse Practitioner position involves working 12-14 hours weekly with early evening hours.
- Provide primary and acute healthcare to children under supervision of the Medical Director.
- Oversee nursing staff and collaborate across departments to ensure effective medical services.
- Conduct physical exams, coordinate specialty consultations, and review medical recommendations.
- Assist in updating clinic policies and stay informed on pediatric health practices.
- Participate in team meetings, provide staff training, and support treatment planning.
- Maintain professional conduct, confidentiality, and effective communication.
- Requirements include NYS Nurse Practitioner license, prescriptive privileges, CPR/PALS certification, and experience with EHRs.
- Physical ability to lift 25+ pounds, stand, walk, and perform related tasks; some travel may be required.
