As an Assembler I, you will be responsible for assembling products according to specifications and ensuring that the quality control standards are met. You will read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.

• Assemble components or sub‑assemblies using appropriate tools and following specific guidelines and procedures.
• Inspect parts for defects or damage.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Be able to read, interpret, and work from technical drawings, specifications, technical manuals, and schematics.
• Use hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers.
• Communicate effectively.
• Have experience in manufacturing or a desire to learn, along with consistent attention to detail.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Be action oriented, energetic, and willing to seize opportunities.
• Collaborate, seek input, listen, manage productive conflict, and build trusting relationships.
