Production Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Syracuse for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure compliance with production schedules, and coordinate team workflows to meet quality standards and deadlines. Responsibilities include resource planning, continuous process improvement, troubleshooting production issues, training employees on best practices, and maintaining safety protocols. The role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure efficient production processes and output.

• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
• Experience with industrial control panels, including PLC, HMI, industrial control components
• Proficiency in production planning, process improvement, and resource allocation
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards and compliance requirements
• Experience in maintaining production documentation, including shipping information
• Skilled in problem-solving and troubleshooting production-related issues
• Ability to train employees in the production and assembly process.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in the industrial production or control panel manufacturing field preferred
