- - Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor vial filling, capping, sealing, and inspection equipment in compliance with SOPs and batch record requirements.;
Set up equipment based on bulk material characteristics and production requirements.;
Perform in-process checks to ensure line performance, product quality, and documentation compliance.;
Detect and troubleshoot issues with individual sub-systems (e.g., filling heads, conveyors, labelers) and correct problems to minimize downtime.;
Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams when mechanical adjustments or repairs are needed.
