** Machine Operator
** for a client manufacturing client located in Syracuse, NY. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is committed to quality, safety, and efficiency.

** Schedule*
* +  
** Monday - Thursday:
** 5:30 AM - 3:00 PM

+  
** Friday:
** 5:30 AM - 9:30 AM

** Pay Rate*
* +  **$18.00 - $38.00 per hour** , based on experience

** Position Summary*
* The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining production equipment to ensure efficient operations and high-quality output while maintaining a safe work environment.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment according to established procedures

+ Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules

+ Perform routine inspections and quality checks on finished products

+ Adjust machine settings to maintain product specifications and minimize waste

+ Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and escalate concerns as needed

+ Maintain accurate production and quality records

+ Follow all company safety policies and procedures

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area

+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

** Qualifications*
* + High school diploma or GED required

+ Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred

+ Ability to use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)

+ Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

+ Ability to read and interpret technical documents

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

** Physical Requirements*
* + Ability to stand for extended periods

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

+ Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motion

+ Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

** Work Environment*
* + Industrial/manufacturing setting

+ Exposure to moving mechanical parts and moderate noise levels

+ Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
