Aseptic Pharmaceutical Fill Technician
Job Description
Responsibilities- Perform all procedures and processes for the filling of sterile products and ensure the cleanliness of the aseptic process area.
- Prepare components for use in sterile filling, and set up and operate equipment such as filling machines, filler parts, powder recovery systems, vial washers, and parts assembly pre-sterilization according to standard operating procedures.
- Employ aseptic techniques while working in a clean room/ISO-rated environment.
- Proficiency in cleanroom operations.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Knowledge and application of aseptic techniques.
- Experience in sterile processing and quality control.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent;
Associates Degree in Sciences or equivalent is preferred. - Experience:
One to three years in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment performing similar duties. - Prior experience in a regulated industry is a plus.
- Mechanically inclined self-starter with strong attention to detail.
- Work is conducted in a clean room environment.
- Candidates must be flexible for additional workdays per week and/or additional hours per day.
- Initial orientation and on-the-job training occur on the 1st shift, from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
This is a Permanent position based out of Syracuse, NY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $47840.00/yr.
