Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Associate

Adecco is recruiting for multiple Pharmaceutical Manufacturing positions for a client in Syracuse, NY . These positions are temp-to-hire opportunities, paying $17-25+ per hour, depending on experience.

As a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Professional, you'll play a crucial role in the production of both sterile and non-sterile pharmaceutical products for human and veterinary use. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

• Production Operations: Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, including high-speed filling, packaging, and labeling machines. Ensure accurate completion of batch records and logbooks.

• Aseptic Processing: Maintain aseptic conditions in cleanroom environments, performing tasks such as equipment sterilization, parts cleaning, and preparation of disinfectant solutions.

• Compounding: Prepare and compound pharmaceutical formulations by accurately weighing and measuring raw materials, following detailed instructions for equipment assembly and disassembly.

• Maintenance Support: Assist in preventive maintenance activities, troubleshoot equipment issues, and collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure minimal downtime.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections, perform calculations, and ensure compliance with GMP and SOP standards throughout the manufacturing process.

• High school diploma or GED required;
  Associate's degree in science or related field preferred.

• 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments (GMP / FDA experienced strongly preferred).

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

• Willingness to adhere to strict cleanliness and safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

$17.00 to $25.00 per hour
