• Maintain all specified auxiliary equipment.
• Check physical plant property for damage; roof leaks; A/C and heaters not working.
• Complete daily molding machine inspections and maintain proper grease and oil levels.
• Inspect for issues inside and outside the facility (lights, leaks in wash rooms, etc.).
• Thoroughly inspect and document the daily facility and machine task checklist.
• Complete all required facility auxiliary equipment PMs within specified timelines.
• Maintain and complete ISO and Master cleaning tasks and documentation.
• Inspect all AC units daily and report issues to the contracted service; assist as needed.
• Assist with tasks beyond specified building maintenance when needed.
• Assist with machine maintenance tasks when requested (e.g., injection/clamp rebuilds, automation issues).
• Follow all safety rules and GMPs.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Building Maintenance or Facilities Maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
